ON TIME/ IN TIME

On time: we translate "on time" with "o'clock" (en punto). For example: the train arrived on time (at the time it was scheduled)

In time:we translate "in time" with "plenty of time to do something." For example: Bill left very early this morning, I think he will arrive in time for the conference.
